Customers and saved cards
The Customers tab joins your WooCommerce customers with the cards saved in your NMI vault, matched by email, so each person has one record.
Customers
Open a customer to see everything about them.
- Contact details, total paid, orders and last order
- Every payment, with chargebacks highlighted
- Links to their WooCommerce orders and account
- Private notes your team can see
- Edit contact details (administrators)
- Filter: WooCommerce customers, cards saved at NMI, or imported customers
- Export to CSV
Token vault
Every card saved at NMI, with the expiry date, which subscriptions use it and whether it belongs to a WooCommerce account.
- Expired and expiring-in-30-days counts
- Search by name, email, vault ID or card last four
- Reach out before a card expires (or let Customer messages do it)
