Refunds and voids
Refund all or part of an order from the WooCommerce order screen. PaymentDash sends the refund through NMI and adds a note to the order. A full refund before the batch settles is sent as a void, so the original charge never settles.

- A WooCommerce store
- An NMI merchant account, direct or through a provider that runs on NMI
- Two keys from your NMI portal: a private API key and a public tokenization key
