Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what PaymentDash collects on this website and through the PaymentDash plugin, and what we do with it.

On this website

  • When you buy: your name, email, billing address and order details, to process your order, deliver your licence and support you, and as required for tax and accounting. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.
  • When you contact us: the details you send, to reply to you.
  • Your account: your login details and licence information.
  • Cookies: those WordPress and WooCommerce need to run your cart, checkout and account. We do not use advertising cookies.

In the plugin

PaymentDash runs on your own website. Your payment, customer and store data stay on your website and with the services you connect (such as NMI, Twilio or QuickBooks). We never receive it. To check your licence and offer updates, the plugin sends us your licence key, your website address and the plugin version.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and our business (such as hosting, email and payment processing), when the law requires it, or with your consent. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping and protecting data

We keep order records as long as tax law requires and other data only as long as we need it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can see and update your details in My account, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing adamcokun@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
