Each one can be turned on with its own wording and timing:
- Card expiring soon, card expires this week, card has expired
- Upcoming renewal and subscription ending soon
- Subscription payment failed and update-payment reminder
- Welcome to a new subscription and subscription cancelled
- Payment receipt, payment declined and refund issued
Opt-outs
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and texts honour STOP. People who opt out are skipped automatically.
