Backup payment method
Pick another payment method you already use in WooCommerce, such as Stripe, Square or PayPal, as your backup.
How it works
If NMI cannot be reached or returns an error while you take a payment, the screen explains that nothing was charged and offers to finish with your backup. Your store’s secure pay page opens for the same order with only the backup method; you enter the card there, and the dashboard updates by itself when it is paid.
- Declined cards are never sent to the backup
