Team access and security
Choose which roles or people can open the dashboard. Staff can view payments, customers and subscriptions and refund within your limits; taking payments, payment links and subscription changes are for administrators.
Who can do what
- Allow WordPress roles or individual people
- Let staff refund, or keep refunds for administrators
- Hide tabs you do not use
- Read-only access to reports for your accountant
Limits and checks
- Largest single refund for staff, and most per day
- Ask for the WordPress password at or above an amount
- Suspicious activity alerts
- Activity log of every charge, refund and settings change, with who did it
Your data stays yours
PaymentDash runs on your own WordPress site. Card numbers go straight to NMI, your NMI keys are kept in the dashboard’s encrypted settings, and your payment data is never sent to us.
