NMI plugin for WooCommerce
The NMI plugin for WooCommerce that does more than checkout
PaymentDash takes NMI card and eCheck payments in your WooCommerce checkout, and gives you a dashboard for every payment, customer and subscription inside WordPress.
What the plugin does
Most NMI stores run a gateway plugin for checkout and then log in to the NMI portal to see what happened. PaymentDash is one plugin for both jobs.
- Takes payments at checkout: cards, and eChecks if your NMI account has them, on the block and classic checkout
- Keeps card numbers off your site: customers type into NMI’s hosted fields (Collect.js)
- Saves cards in the NMI customer vault for repeat orders and subscription renewals
- Refunds and voids from the order screen or the dashboard, kept in sync with WooCommerce
- One dashboard for payments, customers, saved cards, chargebacks and reports
Works with NMI and NMI resellers
If you have a merchant account directly with NMI, or with a payment provider that runs its gateway on NMI under its own name, PaymentDash works with it. The test is simple: if your provider’s portal has Settings → Security Keys where you can create API keys, you are set.
Set up in about ten minutes
- Install PaymentDash and open the setup assistant.
- Paste your NMI private API key and public tokenization key.
- Tick “Use these keys for my WooCommerce checkout” and place a test order in sandbox mode.
Already using another NMI gateway plugin? PaymentDash notices it and can leave your checkout where it is while you try the dashboard.
Free gateway or Pro
The free NMI gateway covers card payments, authorize and capture, refunds and a simple payments screen. PaymentDash Pro adds saved cards, WooCommerce Subscriptions renewals, eCheck, 3D Secure 2, phone payments, payment links, the full dashboard, reports and email support.
Questions
How does the plugin connect to NMI?
With two API keys you create in your NMI (or reseller) portal: a private key for payments and reports, and a public tokenization key for the secure card fields. You can delete the keys at NMI at any time to cut off access.
Do I have to change processors?
No. PaymentDash uses the NMI account you already have, so your processor, rates and deposits stay the same.
Will card numbers be stored on my website?
No. Cards are typed into NMI’s hosted fields and saved cards live in the NMI customer vault.
Not using WordPress?
