Pricing questions
What counts as a website?
Each WordPress site where PaymentDash is active with your licence key. A staging copy counts as a site, so the Business plan is handy if you test changes before going live. You can move a key from one site to another at any time.
What happens when my year is up?
You can renew from My account → Licences. If you do not renew, nothing breaks: store checkout, subscription renewals, refunds and viewing your data keep working. Updates and support stop until you renew. After a 14-day grace period, the paid tools also pause: Take payment, Add subscription, payment links, subscription changes other than cancelling, customer messages, alert settings, analytics, sales and tax reports, QuickBooks, Zapier and imports.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact us and we will move you to a bigger plan and credit the unused part of your current plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no hard feelings. See the refund policy for details.
Do you charge per transaction?
No. You pay the yearly price only. Your processing fees stay between you and your NMI provider.
Do you offer plans for resellers and ISOs?
