Manage WooCommerce Subscriptions billed through NMI.
Subscription tools need the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. Renewals are charged automatically through your NMI checkout gateway.
- Subscriptions lists every subscription with filters for status, product, billing period and due date.
- Open one to pause, skip the next payment, change the date, switch the plan, update the card or cancel. You can tell the customer by email or text.
- Add subscription starts one for a customer, charging now or on a start date.
- Subscription health flags customers at risk: subscriptions on hold after a failed payment and cards about to expire.
- Automatic retries try failed renewals again on a schedule you choose (Settings → Store & payments).
