All sales are final. Because PaymentDash is downloadable software that you can use right away, we do not offer refunds once a purchase or renewal is complete.
- Please check the features, requirements and documentation before you buy. If you have a question, ask us first on the support page.
- If something is not working, contact support at support@paymentdashwp.com. We will help you get it running.
- You can cancel your yearly renewal at any time from My account. It will not be charged again, and your licence stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
- If we charged you in error, for example a duplicate payment, contact us and we will put it right.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law.
