These terms apply when you buy a PaymentDash licence from Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) on this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. What you buy
A licence key for the plan you choose, valid for one year from purchase (or while your yearly subscription is active), or with no end date for a lifetime plan, for the number of websites your plan includes. A lifetime plan includes updates and support for as long as we sell PaymentDash Pro. While it is active you get software updates, support by email, and use of the features that need an active licence. The software itself is licensed under the GNU General Public License; see the Software Licence.
Your site checks your licence with our server about twice a day. If your end date passes without a confirmed renewal, or your site cannot reach our licence server for 30 days in a row, you get a 14-day warning, then the paid tools pause until the licence is confirmed again. Checkout, subscription renewals, refunds and your data keep working.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and are charged in full when you buy. Sales tax or VAT is added where we are required to collect it. Payments are processed securely; we do not store your card number. You are buying from Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC. This charge will appear on your card or bank statement as “FLMMD TECH SOLUTIONS” (Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC).
3. Renewals
Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current regular price unless you cancel before the renewal date from My account. A sale or introductory discount applies to the first year only. Lifetime plans are a single payment and never renew. One-time purchases do not renew automatically; you can renew them from My account → Licences.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. Payments, including yearly renewals, are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we charged you in error. You can cancel your renewal at any time before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- You need your own NMI merchant account and must follow its terms and the card network rules.
- You are responsible for your store, your customers, your PCI compliance, sales taxes on what you sell, and getting customers’ consent before saving cards or sending messages.
- You will not use PaymentDash for anything illegal or to process payments you are not allowed to process.
6. Support
Support is by email for customers with an active licence. We aim to reply within one business day. Support covers using PaymentDash; it does not cover custom development, your hosting, or problems with other plugins or your payment provider.
7. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make PaymentDash reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses from payment processing, chargebacks, fraud or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases and renewals after the date they are posted.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
